Register Here: PayPal Merchant Account
Step 1: Setup Your PayPal Account
- Visit PayPal.com and sign up for a Business account.
- If upgrading from Personal, log in and click “Upgrade Account”.
- Once your account is set, go to “Website Payments Pro” under “Merchant Services”.
- Submit your application and accept the Billing Agreement.
Step 2: Website Integration
- Request a Quote for integration.
- Portline will create a dev version of your site for testing.
- Testing is completed using PayPal’s Sandbox to avoid live charges.
- Once approved, integration is pushed to production.
Step 3: Provide API Credentials
- Log into PayPal and go to “Profile > API Access”.
- Click “Grant API Permission”.
- Enter:
paypalapi_api1.954net.net
as the API partner. - Select the required permissions and save.
